Eligibility Requirements
- ✓ Referrer must be a current or past Clean Home customer
- ✓ Referred person must be a new customer (not previously booked with us)
- ✓ Referred person must complete their first cleaning service
- ✓ Referral code must be provided at time of booking

Can existing customers refer other customers?
Yes! Any current or past Clean Home customer can participate in our referral program. Just contact us to get your unique referral code.
When do I receive my referral reward?
Your $25 service credit is applied to your account immediately after your referred friend completes their first cleaning. You can use it on your next booking.
Can I refer the same person twice?
No, each new customer can only be referred once by one person. Once they book with us using a referral code, they're registered in our system.
Do referral credits expire?
No, your service credits never expire. You can accumulate them over time and use them whenever you're ready for your next cleaning.
Can credits be combined with other offers?
Yes! Service credits can be combined with other promotions and discounts. However, they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other people.
